In order to strengthen the Supply Chain team in our headquarters in Tessenderlo, we are currently looking for a
Customer Service Representative
(for our Separations and Diagnostics business)
…..with a passion for people, delivering high quality service and problem solving.
Your challenge:
- You are acting as a liaison between customers and our company
- You deal with order entry, complaint handling, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries
- You ensure a high quality of service and quality standards towards customers, the salesforce and the field service team and contribute with a continuous improvement mindset to achieve the daily, monthly and yearly targets
- This role reports into the Customer Service Team Coordinator
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international customer service environment
- Export knowledge is essential
- Purchasing knowledge is a plus
- Fueled by customer happiness
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Flexible mindset – must be able and willing to support 2 different businesses
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English & German or French.
