Customer Service Representative

In order to strengthen the Supply Chain team in our headquarters in Tessenderlo, we are currently looking for a

Customer Service Representative
(for our Separations and Diagnostics business)

…..with a passion for people, delivering high quality service and problem solving.

Your challenge:

  • You are acting as a liaison between customers and our company
  • You deal with order entry, complaint handling, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries
  • You ensure a high quality of service and quality standards towards customers, the salesforce and the field service team and contribute with a continuous improvement mindset to achieve the daily, monthly and yearly targets
  • This role reports into the Customer Service Team Coordinator

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international customer service environment
  • Export knowledge is essential
  • Purchasing knowledge is a plus
  • Fueled by customer happiness
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Flexible mindset – must be able and willing to support 2 different businesses
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in English & German or French.
