Service Support Specialist - Multi-Column Chromatography

We are expanding our highly motivated and competent team with a

 Growth (Digital) Marketing Manager 


The Growth Marketing Manager develops and executes innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Further, the Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team and the cross-functional teams. This position will report into the Director of Marketing Communications & Branding. 

 The Growth Marketing Manager is expected to

  • Identify and implement effective channels for acquiring new customers or users.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze user behavior and website/app performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
  • A/B test landing pages, forms, and other elements to optimize the conversion funnel.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement improvements
  • Develop strategies to increase user engagement and customer retention.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messages to keep users engaged.
  • Create personalized user journeys and onboarding processes.
  • Analyze data and user insights to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of growth initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that growth initiatives are integrated into the technology infrastructure product roadmap.
  • Identify product features (like real-time pricing) or improvements that can drive user growth and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the marketing team.
  • Test new marketing technologies, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures 


  • +7 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. 
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue and executing effective campaigns. 
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • Excellent teamwork skills. 
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). 
  • MS Office; Automation Products, GA4, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, Apple and Google Products. 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
