TSKgel Butyl-NPR
TSKgel Butyl-NPR is based on a non-porous polymethacrylate base material with uniform 2.5 particle size. It is the least hydrophobic among the TSKgel HIC Columns and requires a higher salt concentration for binding.
TSKgel Butyl-NPR is the best choice for high speed separations with excellent recovery even for more hydrophobicity samples. The non-porous resin requires lower sample loading and leads to faster analysis time. TSKgel Butyl NPR is particularly popular for the analysis of drug to antibody ratios (DARs) of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
