Which ligands does Tosoh offer to analyze antibodies by affinity chromatography?
We offer two ligands for HPLC affinity analysis of antibodies:
- Protein A–based separation is used to quickly determine antibody titer in supernatants

- Fc-receptor-based separation retains antibodies according their affinity to the specific Fc-receptor FcγRIIIA and is used to determine Fc-receptor affinity, to estimate glycan-pattern or antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity activity (ADCC).
