TSKgel G3000SW
As the first generation of silica-based gel filtration columns, TSKgel G3000SW columns provide excellent separation of proteins and other biomolecules with molecular weights up to 500,000 Da.
The TSKgel G3000SW columns are available in 10 and 13 μm for analytical and semi-preparative purifications.

Mobile phase: 0.1 mol/L acetate buffer, pH 5.0 + 0.1 mol/L sodium sulfate
Samples*: 100 µL solutions produced by digestion of lgG (20 g/L) by pepsin
after 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, 30 and 60 minutes
