TOYOPEARL HW-55
TOYOPEARL HW-55 is a hydroxylated methacrylic polymer with a pore size of 50 nm (500 A) for size exclusion chromatography of biomolecules between 1,000-700,000 Da. It also is the base bead for all TOYOPEARL"-550" designated products.
TOYOPEARL HW-55 is available in two particle sizes, 30 µm (S-grade) and 45 µm (F-grade).
