TSKgel ODS-120A
TSKgel ODS-120A columns are based on a 15 nm pore size silica base support bonded with ODS groups. The bonding method results in a polymeric coverage of C18 groups on the silica surface and an effective pore size of 12 nm (120 Å). TSKgel ODS-120A is not endcapped. The silica base support’s exclusion limit of 1.0 × 10^4 Da makes them a good choice for the reversed phase chromatography of peptides and small proteins.
