TOYOPEARL Butyl-600M
TOYOPEARL Butyl-600M is based on a 75 nm (750 Å) pore size polymethacrylate base material bonded with C4 groups. Its pore size has been optimized for the purification of monoclonal antibodies and is between that of TOYOPEARLl Butyl-650 and TOYOPEARL SuperButyl-550 media. This resin is also available in pre-packed SkillPak columns to simplify your process development and scale up.
TOYOPEARL Butyl-600M is typically used for intermediate purification or polishing steps.
