TOYOPEARL PPG-600M
TOYOPEARL PPG-600M is based on a 75 nm (750 Å) pore size polymethacrylate base material bonded with polypropylene glycol groups. It has the second lowest hydrophobicity of the HIC ligands offered by Tosoh Bioscience. Its pore size has been optimized for the purification of monoclonal antibodies. It is typically used for intermediate purification or polishing steps. It has extremely good capacity and recovery for mAbs.
