TOYOPEARL DEAE-650
TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 is a weak anion exchange resin for biomolecule purification. It is composed of a base material of hydroxylated methacrylic polymer beads that have been functionalized with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups. TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 has high chemical and mechanical stability, allowing cleaning-in-place (CIP) and very high flow rates.
TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 can be used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps. It is frequently used in plasma fractionation and for the purification of recombinant blood coagulation factors.
TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 is available in three particle sizes: 100 µm (C-grade), 65 µm (M-grade), and 35 µm (S-grade). If greater resolution is needed, the smaller particle TSKgel DEAE-5PW resin may be used. As both the TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 and TSKgel DEAE-5PW resins use the same ligand, the selectivity will be unchanged.
