TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650
TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650 is a strong anion exchange resin for biomolecule purification. It can be used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps. TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650 is available in three particle sizes: 100 µm (C-grade), 65 µm (M-grade), and 35 µm (S-grade). This resin is also available in pre-packed SkillPak columns to simplify your process development and scale up.
If greater resolution is needed, the smaller particle size TSKgel SuperQ-5PWresin may be used. As both the TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650 and TSKgel SuperQ-5PW resins use the same ligand, the selectivity will remain unchanged.
