Sales Manager - EMEA

The Global Product Specialist - Analytical Consumables will contribute to the global business strategy of the Analytical Solutions product portfolio. This role involves driving growth initiatives for HPLC and UHPLC chromatography columns used in polymer and biopharma analytics. The Product Specialist will report directly to the Global Product Manager – Analytical Solutions and work closely with the Product Management teams, Application Development, Research and Development, and Marketing Communication and Branding to ensure alignment across all global teams. Additionally, the specialist will support regional commercial teams by providing guidance and input into sales and support processes. The objectives of the role are to achieve market visibility and meet growth targets and customer satisfaction goals. 

The Product Specialist is expected to  

• Act as the product champion for HPLC and UHPLC chromatography columns within and outside the company. 
• Contribute to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. 
• Provide directions for regional activities and initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the global strategy. 
• Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders in a cross-functional product team structure. 
• Monitor the competitive and technology landscape. 
• Develop sales and marketing tools and collateral. 

Requirements 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or product management, with a technical background in analytics of biological molecules. 
• Expertise in analytical chromatography techniques is a plus. 
• Perfect English in speaking and writing; technical/scientific writing experience is a plus. Additional languages are a plus. 
• Master’s degree in a relevant field. 
• Must be able to travel 30% of the time.
